A General Assembly will be held February 4th
The following are the main points on the agenda:
- Voting in two new board members
- Reviewing the balance sheet for the year 2007. A report shall be presented to the members of the Society.
- Review, discussion and the approval of the regulatory by law for the society.
- Any other matters concerning the society
To vote on the above matters, a quorum of at least 10% of members are required, or represented by a written delegation of voting authority
- Each regular member is allotted one vote to cast in decision making.
- A member may delegate in writing his/her vote to another regular member
Members interested in joining the ESSH Board can submit the candidacy form, if their membership fees are settled, or in person at the society on any of the following dates:
- Saturday , November 29 from 10 am – 5 pm
- Sunday , November 30 from 5pm – 8pm
- Tuesday , December 2 from 4 pm – 7 pm
- Wednesday, December 3 from 11 am – 2 pm
The General Assembly, where voting will take place, will be scheduled no less than 60 days later than the last date above. Further notification will reach you by mail. Only Full Members ( certified homeopath or holding a diploma from an accredited college or school ) shall be entitled to become Officers of the society .
